DINING AT ARECA

Derived from the profound concept of longevity, ReVive represents a state of perfect oneness where the creator, the ingredients, and the diner merge into a single, seamless sensory experience. As the flagship everyday brand under the Bagicha Wilderness umbrella, ReVive bridges the gap between raw, ancestral culinary traditions and modern, progressive elegance. It is not just a place to dine; it is a space designed to help you strip away the digital noise, slow down, and truly ReSync.

The culinary identity of ReVive is envisioned and curated by none other than the Executive Chef of Bagicha Wilderness, Masterchef Biswajit Moharathi. Chef Biswajit has designed the menu for ReVive at Areca as a love letter to Konkan's culinary topography. From the precise, slow-simmered regional curries to beautifully reimagined textural plays on classic coastal dishes, every plate reflects his philosophy: respecting the ancestral roots of Revdanda.

Bespoke Konakani Thalis

The dining menu at Areca features a diverse selection of regional thalis that balance coastal traditions with broader Indian heritage. Seafood is highly celebrated in the Sagar Ratna platter, which pairs a spicy rassa with the daily catch from the sea. For vegetarian guests, the our Ras-Thali features local favorites like Sol Kadhi, Bhakri, and dishes showcasing fresh coconut, kokum, and mango. Crucially, strict Jain options can be custom-prepared upon request for all of these vegetarian thalis, ensuring separate, modified versions of the traditional coastal and northern vegetable dishes.

Inclusive Breakfast

All stays at Areca come equipped with a complimentary breakfast served daily by our signature diner, ReVive. The morning menu balances hyper-local flavors with global comforts, offering traditional coastal staples like fresh Poha alongside classic continental options. Guests can choose from a spread of assorted cereals, fresh juices, and fruits, or enjoy hot eggs made to order according to preference.
